Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

​

All orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

​

USPS Priority shipping takes 3 business days from date order is processed. USPS does not guarantee your package will arrive within three days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Abundanc333 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

​

Abundanc333  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Our hope is that you’ll love using your Abundanc333 Products as much as we love making them for you. In the event you need to request a refund, please email us at Sheenaqmorris1993@gmail.com. The product can be replaced within 30 days of the receipt date after meeting the requirements below:

  • Products must have been unused and unopened

  • The tamper evident safety seal must remain unbroken (in these sizes only) in order to qualify for a refund

  • Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging

Abundanc333 will not cover the cost of shipping returns for the damaged or defective product. Abundanc333 will cover the cost to ship the replacement product to you.

POLICY RESTRICTIONS

​

We are not able to honor requests for product changes.

Refunds can be issued for the unused portion of the returned product only.

Refunds in the form of store-credit will be issued for product that is returned in the original form that they were purchased in.

Abundanc333 will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods re-shipped to a different destination beyond the original shipping address provided on the order.

My return item package was lost/stolen. What do I do?

​

Abundanc333 can not be responsible for lost or stolen returns. We strongly encourage you to use proper insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation methods when shipping. Please click the link below to file a claim with USPS.

How long does it take to process returns, exchanges and/or?

Most returns and exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days from the time Abundanc333 receives the returned item.

Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

Products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent diseases. We cannot guarantee any results
